The Chocolate Diet

The chocolate diet can be taken for about 5-7 days, but this period shouldn't be longer. After a dieting period you need to make a break for 4-6 days.

When dieting you can have 2 chocolate bars (40 grams each) and drink tea or sugar-free coffee (be attentive to avoid fat milk with your coffee). It is necessary to wait for approximately 3 hours after eating before it is allowed to drink. Some dieters claim to have lost 13,2 lbs during a five-day diet.

NOTE! Like many other monodiets the chocolate diet can have a negative health effect! Consult your doctor before dieting!
