The Fruit and Berry Diet

Fruit and Berry Diet is both effective and delicious. You will lose weight, get healthier and eat tasty food only. Slender and Slim regularly keep this diet in summer to get rid of a couple of lbs. It's our favorite! :)

On the menu:

Day 1: a half of a melon, sugar-free yogurt, fruit salad of kiwi, oranges and strawberries; a half of a grapefruit, 7 ounces of lean chicken, vegetable salad with lemon juice dressing, 2 plums.

Day 2: a bowl of berries, mixed with sugar-free muesli; a few pine-apple slices, 1 orange, 7 ounces of turkey breast with salad leaves, 2 nectarines or peaches.

Day 3: a few watermelon slices, sugar-free yogurt, fruit salad of a banana and 1 strawberries bowl with apple juice dressing, 7 ounces of lean fish, Brussels sprouts, a bowl of cold yogurt with any berries.
