The Tea Diet

Tea Diet is a good and rapid way to lose weight and feel comfortable. Tea Diet is tasty and saturating. The Tea Diet is good for tea-lovers and sweet-tooths (together with the Chocolate Diet).

Dieting period: 3 days. Possible weight loss: about 4.5 lbs.

On the menu:

Day 1: fruit, 1.5 ounces of cheese, 5 ounces of broth, fruit salad.

Day 2: 1 egg, 1.5 ounces of cheese, vegetable salad, fruit ice-cream, boiled vegetable, a piece of rye bread.

Day 3: 1 egg, 5 ounces of low-fat yogurt, an apple, 3.5 ounces of fish, vegetable salad.

During all dieting period drink green or herbal tea 3-4 times a day with 1-2 teaspoons of jam or honey.
