The basis of Healthy Eating
Either you keep a weight loss diet or not you should make sure that your dietary intake includes the following food:
- Chicken meat without skin
- Fish
- Seafood
- Soy food
- Cabbage, spinach, lettuce
- Citrus fruits
- Fresh greens
- Peas, aubergines, vegetable marrows, pepper
- Various fruits and berries
- Herb tea
- Garlic
The intake of the following food should be limited:
- Milk, yoghurt
- Non-fat cheeses
- Eggs
- Legumes
- Non-fat bacon
- Carrots, onion, corn
- Mangos, papayas, pears, pine-apples
- Mayonnaise, oil, butter
- Coffee
- Sauces and ketchup
It's good to have "fasting" days regularly and avoid eating: Pizza, buns, potatoes, bananas, cakes, fat desserts, chips, ready-made soups, chocolate, sweets and alcohol.
