Avocado Diet
Avocado Diet is very simple and tasty if you enjoy avocados.
Avocado provides more than 25 essential nutrients such as protein, potassium, vitamin E, C, B-vitamins, folic acid, iron, copper, phosphorus and magnesium, just to name a few. Avocado also provides calories for energy and beneficial phytochemicals such as beta-sitosterol (a natural plant sterol which may help maintain healthy cholesterol levels), glutathione and lutein (responsible for eyes' health).
On the menu:
Breakfast - a half of an avocado with fat-free yogurt;
Lunch - an avocado salad (a sliced half of avocado with a boiled egg, a cucumber and spring onions);
Dinner - 3 ounces of roasted beefsteak and a half of an avocado with fat-free yogurt.
Dieting period: from 1 day to 3 days. No longer!
Expected weight loss during 3 days: about 3 - 3.5 lbs.
The diet is strict; please, consult your physician before you start.
You can use a half of an avocado left from 1 dieting day as a perfect face mask for dry skin. Just mash half an avocado and spread evenly on your clean face. Allow to remain for 10 minutes, then rinse off with warm water.
