Avocado Diet

Avocado Diet is very simple and tasty if you enjoy avocados.

Avocado provides more than 25 essential nutrients such as protein, potassium, vitamin E, C, B-vitamins, folic acid, iron, copper, phosphorus and magnesium, just to name a few.
