Four levels of feeling fit
Before you choose a fitness program that you like you need to get the idea of the present level of your being fit.
You need the Weight Loss Program first if:
- any kind of physical activity seems hard for you
- your BMI shows that you're overweight (Calculate My Body Mass Index)
- your weight prevents you from exercising properly.
You need the Body Fit Program if:
- you want to feel healthy and fit
- your BMI shows that your weight is normal or that you're a bit overweight (Calculate My Body Mass Index)
- you want to shape your body and make it look slim.
You need the Advanced Fitness Program if:
- you feel quite fit
- your BMI shows that your weight is normal (Calculate My Body Mass Index)
- you want to become more enduring and be ready for intensive physical activities (mountaineering, camping etc.).
You need the Weight Gain Program if:
- you feel easily tired and exhausted
- your BMI shows that you're underweight (Calculate My Body Mass Index)
- you want to feel fit and healthy
- you don't want to get fat
- you want to gain some weight and look slim and beautiful.
